• Valid Photo ID (National ID/Passport) of Applicant(s)
• Valid Photo ID of Guarantor(s)
• Photographs of applicant(s) (self Attested)
• Photograph of guarantor(s) (Attested by applicant and Guarantor)
• TIN Certificate along with IT-10B
• Copy of Utility bill- Electricity/ WASA/Land Phone (If applicable).
• Bank Statement of last 12 months.

Additional Document Required for:

Salaried Person:

• Salary Certificate (in the form of Letter of Introduction)
• Pay Slip/Debit Voucher

Self Employed Professional:

• Professional Certificate(s).
• Proof of Professional Association Membership (if any)

Businessman:

• Copy of latest Trade License and trade license for last 3 years.
• Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable)
• Memorandum & Article of Association (if applicable)
• Latest Form XII & Schedule X (if applicable)
• Partnership Deed (for partnership concern)
• Financial statements (if applicable).

Land Lord:

• Title deed.
• Mutation copy.
• Rental deed.
• Holding tax copy.
• Partition deed for joint property (if applicable).
