User Registration Process

  • FinSmart Mobile App is available on Play Store and App Store –Search by the name, Install and Open the App

  • Click On Login to get the Sign Up Option –

  • Input the Mobile number which is tagged with your LankaBangla Cards/Deposit/Loan, if you input a tagged mobile number a Green tick mark will appear under the number –

  • You will get an OTP to the Mobile number, please input it to verify your identity –

  • If your Mobile number matches then you will get the below screen to confirm your identity –

  • Set your PIN for next login, Upload Front and Back Part of Your NID, and Capture Your Facial Photo with front camera of your Mobile phone –

  • If OTP verified you will get the success message –

  • Now login screen will appear, write down your registered mobile number and the PIN to login –

  • You will get Options if you want to set Fingerprint login or not –

  • For Resetting PIN You need to set your email and verify it first –

  • Type you email address and Click OK, an verification email will be sent to the mail address –

  • Go to your email and open the mail and click on ‘Verify Now’–

  • For Resetting PIN Click on ‘Forget PIN’ –

Existing User Uninstall Process

    Existing FinSmart App users need to Uninstall the Old “FinSmart” Mobile App from their smartphone. To Uninstall FinSmart option, find the FinSmart app and press and hold the App to see the uninstall option.

    Confirm the uninstallation process by clicking OK –

    Your Old FinSmart App has been uninstalled. Existing users can now proceed with New FinSmart App Installation from the PlayStore and App Store. Also remind that if an old users update their existing FinSmart App; It will not update into the New FinSmart App. Also their old credentials will not be valid for the new app. Hence all Old FinSmart App users needs to UNINSTALL the old FinSmart App and then Follow the New FinSmart App Registration Process.
