SOROL is a fully cash secured loan facility against lien of TDR/FDR/MB for Cottage, Micro & Small Enterprise (defined as per Bangladesh Bank Prudential Regulations) involved in trading, manufacturing, service, non-farm rural activities, and many other acceptable sectors spread all over Bangladesh. This product marketed through our branches or MLO across the country. The product offers term loan or single payment loan facility for the purpose of business expansion, working capital finance, fixed asset purchase, advance payments and agriculture production/trading.

  EMI- Maximum 90% of TDR/MB
  STL- Maximum 85% of TDR/MB and
  RL- Maximum 85% of TDR/MB
• Loan Type : Equated Monthly Installment Loan Facility
  Single Installment Loan Facility
  Revolving Loan facility
• Loan Tenure: For NEMI- 3 months-12 months; EMI : 12 months-60 months & For Revolving -12 months
• Rate of Interest: 2% plus Interest rate when LankaBangla TDR and Money Builder clients.
• Loan processing & Documentation Fee: BDT 1,000.00 PLUS VAT 15%
• Security :For Loan against TDR, Money Builder of LBFL and other Bank/FI’s TDR Clients;
  Lien of TDR and Money Builder Instrument
  Letter of Lien

What are the
Eligibilities

• Business Location: The business should be located surrounding the Branches ,HUB & Spoke across the country.
• Age :21 years to 60 Years at the time of application(to be supported by NID/Passport or any other identity documents issued by any Govt. Authority)
