What are the

  • Purchase of readymade apartment / building for residential including used property.

  • Prospective clients will be encouraged to open a deposit account (TDR/Money builder) with LBFPLC before/after selection of property and the amount can be used as booking money/initial investment by client as per his/her instruction.
  • LBFPLC will issue conditional sanction letter.
  • Final sanction letter will be issued after selection of the property and to be confirmed after LBFPLC visit or valuation of the property.
  • After selection of the property the loan amount may be changed to upper/lower based on the property value and income status of clients.
  • Structured Installment Plan: Depending on the earnings/ cash flow of the applicant, may be skip-a-payment method, step-up method, step-down method.
