Minimum monthly Income of BDT 22,000
Residence of Dhaka, Chattogram, Shylet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Cumilla Division and nearby area
Minimum one year Bank A/C relationship with any scheduled bank in Bangladesh
Having length of professional doctor's practice 1 year for Govt. Doctors; 3 years for Private Doctors

All registered MBBS Doctor.
