LankaBangla Finance PLC recently organized tree plantation drives in its Barishal, Faridpur, and Bogura branches under the theme of ‘July Rejuvenation’ and ‘Youth Festival 2025’.

The tree plantation program at Barishal was held in Manik Mia Secondary School and attended by Harun ur-Rashid, Assistant Headmaster of the school; Md. Shahidul Islam, Branch Manager of LankaBangla Finance, Barishal, and other officials.

At the tree plantation program in Faridpur was held in Government Rajendra College premises and attendees included Professor S. M. Abdul Halim, Principal of the college; Professor Md. Obaidur Rahman, Vice-Principal; Md. Elias Parvez Rana, Branch Manager of LankaBangla Finance, Faridpur; and other officials.

The tree plantation program at Bogura in Haji Muhammad Joynal Abedin Commerce College participated by Md. Moshiur Rahman, Teacher Co-coordinator of the college along with students; Md. Abu Reza Al Mamun, Branch Manager of LankaBangla Finance, Bogura; and other officials.

As part of its social responsibility, LankaBangla Finance PLC regularly conducts tree plantation programs. As part of its environmental protection efforts, the organization plants trees at various locations at different times. Tree planting is immensely important for preventing soil erosion, producing fruit, and long-term environmental and biodiversity conservation. To increase the country’s forest resources and maintain ecological balance, LankaBangla Finance has always stood by society in positive endeavors. This program is a reflection of that ongoing commitment to building a bright and youthful Bangladesh for the future.
