We provide medium term loan of maximum two years to Real Estate
Developer’s for the construction of Apartment Building and
Commercial Building . In such cases the entire project
comprising of land and the building to be constructed will be
mortgaged to us. However, each apartment when completed and
handed over to the prospective buyers will be released upon
mutually agreed terms. |
